Text Messaging & Marketing Consent

How our email and SMS updates work, and how to opt out at any time.

We use email and text messages to share schedules, reminders, cancellations, and — only if you opt in — occasional announcements.

Consent

  • We send marketing texts and emails only to people who have opted in. Your consent is not a condition of registering or purchasing.
  • We record the date, time, and source of your consent.

Message details

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop messages; reply HELP for help.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Transactional vs. marketing

Essential account and safety messages (for example, a class cancellation) are separate from optional marketing and may be sent when necessary to operate your account.
