These terms govern your use of the website and services of Smithville Old-Time Dance Club LLC. By creating an account, registering, or participating, you agree to them.
Accounts & eligibility
- Accounts must be created by adults 18 or older. A parent or guardian must register and consent on behalf of any minor.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Registration & payment
When you register or purchase, you authorize the applicable charges. Payments are handled by Stripe. Fees, passes, and memberships are described at registration and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Participation & assumption of risk
Dance involves physical activity and inherent risks. Participation is also subject to our Liability Waiver & Release. Please dance within your own limits and follow instructor guidance.
Acceptable use
- Use the site and services lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not disrupt the site, misuse others' information, or upload harmful content.
Contributions
The Club is a for-profit Tennessee LLC. Contributions and sponsorships are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law & changes
